As Hungary is one of the Member States of the EU the Department for Medical Devices recognises the conformity assessment procedures of medical devices originated either from Hungary or from the EU, performed by the Notified Bodies operating in the territory of the European Community or performed by Notified Bodies in the territories of states under PECA agreements with the European Community.
